By accessing and using this Hugo SG1 leaderboard platform and associated services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use this platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use this platform responsibly and lawfully. You shall not:

• Engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or fraud
• Manipulate leaderboard standings through unauthorized means
• Share login credentials or access with unauthorized parties
• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Post offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass security measures

4. Leaderboard Rules

Leaderboard participants must:

• Use legitimate gaming activity only
• Have a valid, active account on the integrated platform
• Comply with all gaming terms and conditions
• Accept results as final once a leaderboard period concludes
• Follow responsible gambling practices at all times

5. Prize Disclaimers

All prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to additional terms. Prize eligibility is determined by meeting all leaderboard requirements. We reserve the right to withhold prizes if fraudulent activity is detected. All prizes are paid out through the integrated gaming platform (Stake.us) and subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hugo SG1 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from or related to the use of this platform.

7. Responsible Gambling
